- Navigate to the Support sidebar and click #open-a-ticket for a private conversation with a team member

## Help us help you

Please send all support requests in English.

1. Send us a detailed description of the issue
2. Send us a screenshot or screen recording (if possible, bonus points for sure)
3. Include information like your Kizzy account email and full name
4. Include your user ID (tap on your name on the profile page) and transaction IDs, if relevant
5. Be respectful and kind (we are all human)

Quick heads-up: sending multiple emails can slow things down, so it’s best to send everything in one go!

**Important Security Note:** Be aware of crypto scams - Kizzy team members will never DM you first, ask for private keys, or ask for your wallet passwords.
