**Do I need to verify my identity?** 

Not at the moment. You can deposit, bet and withdraw without verifying. [Who can play](https://blog.kizzy.io/docs/player-verification/)

**Where is my transaction ID?** 

Every transaction is saved in your transaction log, and the ID also appears in the middle tab of each bet slip. Each entry has a unique ID you can copy, and giving it to support is the quickest way to get a transaction looked at.

**Can I change my email or merge two accounts?** 

No. You can have one Kizzy account, the email on it can't be changed, and two accounts can't be merged.
