**When will my reward arrive?** 

Rewards from current Kizzy promotions are added automatically. There's nothing to claim and no ticket to open. Bonus bets from the New Player offer usually arrive within an hour of your qualifying bet settling, or within 72 hours if your account is checked first.

**Am I eligible, and how far along am I?**

Promotions usually count only real-money bets that meet minimum odds and settle inside the promotion's window. Bonus bets, roulette USD and cashed-out bets don't count.

**How do I claim a giveaway, contest or jackpot prize?** 

Prizes from giveaways and contests on X, Discord or Telegram are paid within 2 days of the contest closing, in USD or bonus bets. Leaderboard, race and raffle prizes are paid in USD to your balance after a review of up to 72 hours once the event closes.

**Where is my bonus bet, and why can’t I use it?** 

Bonus bets are in the sportsbook, and each comes with its own rules: an odds range, whether combos are allowed, and an expiry. If Place Bet is greyed out, your selection probably falls outside those rules.

A bonus bet costs you nothing. If it wins, you get the winnings; the bonus bet amount itself isn't paid back.

**What is roulette USD?** 

Roulette USD is promotional credit for social media roulette. It doesn't expire and has no wagering requirement, but you can only use it on social media roulette and you can't withdraw it. Winnings from it are paid in USD that you can withdraw.
