**Why hasn’t my withdrawal arrived?**

Most withdrawals leave Kizzy within a minute or two: over the last 90 days, half were sent in under a minute. A withdrawal to another chain then crosses the Relay bridge, which usually takes a few more minutes.

Once it's sent, your transaction log shows a link to follow it on a block explorer. If it shows as sent but hasn't reached an exchange account, check that the exchange supports the network and token you chose.

**It isn’t sent yet**

It's probably being reviewed. Reviews usually take less than 2 hours, and large wins can be held for a review before payout. If a withdrawal is cancelled, the amount goes back to your USD balance.

**Why can’t I withdraw all of my funds?**

You can withdraw your USD balance. Bonus bets, roulette USD and Purple K can't be withdrawn. Winnings from roulette USD are paid in USD, which you can withdraw, and winnings from a bonus bet follow the rules shown with that bonus bet.

Funds can also be briefly held while a withdrawal is screened.

**Is there a minimum withdrawal?**

Yes, when you withdraw to another chain: $5 to Base, Arbitrum, Solana or Polygon, $10 to Ethereum and $15 to BNB Chain. [Fees](https://blog.kizzy.io/docs/fees/)

**Can I cancel a withdrawal?**

No. Once you submit it, it can't be cancelled.
