Deposit and Withdraw

Deposit crypto to fund your USD balance, and withdraw back to your wallet.

How to deposit

1. When you create an account, personal crypto deposit addresses are generated for you.
2. Go to the Deposit screen in the app and copy your address.
3. From your preferred crypto wallet, send crypto to that address.
4. After the transaction is confirmed on-chain, you’ll see a block explorer receipt in your transaction history.

How to withdraw

1. Head to the Withdraw tab on your profile page.
2. Paste the wallet address where you want to receive Crypto.
3. Enter the withdrawal amount, then review and confirm your transaction.
4. Once executed, your transaction will be posted on-chain and visible in your transaction history with a block explorer link.

Paying by card

You don’t have to deposit crypto. Card deposits run through Unifold, a payment aggregator that routes your payment to its own providers. Because those providers set their own rules, Kizzy doesn’t control the minimum amount or the fees they charge. The amount credited to your USD balance is what arrives after their fee.

Unifold isn’t available in the countries where Kizzy is restricted. In those countries the Use Cash button is hidden, and crypto is the only way to deposit.
