Your MON is safe in your Kizzy deposit wallet. MetaMask's sponsored (gasless) transactions deliver MON in a way our deposit system doesn't pick up automatically, so the team moves it into your balance for you. Open a ticket with your Kizzy deposit address from the Deposit page.

Deposits from other chains cross the Relay bridge and usually arrive within a few minutes. Check that you sent a supported token, on the network you picked, to a new address generated in the app for that deposit. Deposit addresses for other chains change, so generate a new one each time.

If it still hasn't arrived, open a ticket with the transaction hash, the network and token you sent, and roughly when you sent it.

You can deposit crypto or pay by card.

• Crypto: send MON on Monad, or deposit from another chain through the Relay bridge. Choose the token and network on the Deposit page and use the address it gives you.
• Card: card deposits run through Unifold, a payment aggregator that routes your payment to its own providers. Kizzy doesn't control the minimums or the fees those providers charge. Unifold isn't available in the countries where Kizzy is restricted. In those countries the Use Cash button is hidden, and crypto is the only way to deposit.

Only MON can go to your MON deposit address on Monad. Any other token sent there, such as USDC or wrapped MON (WMON), can't be recovered.

The first 10 MON you deposit stays in your deposit wallet as a reserve to cover network gas, so a first deposit of 10 MON or less adds nothing to your USD balance. Fees

Kizzy doesn't charge a deposit fee. The difference comes from network gas, conversion at the market rate, a bridge fee when you deposit from another chain and, on your first deposit only, the 10 MON reserve. Card deposits also carry whatever fee the payment provider charges.
