Promo and bonuses

Rewards from current Kizzy promotions are added automatically. Here is how long each one takes.

Purple K is being overhauled. We are building a much bigger rewards system, and ranks will be switched back on as part of it. How Purple K is earned and what it unlocks will change, so treat this page as how things work today.

You don't need to claim rewards from current Kizzy promotions. They're added to your account automatically once your bets qualify and settle.

How long it takes

  • New Player offer bonus bets: usually within an hour of your qualifying bet settling, or up to 72 hours if your account is checked first.
  • Other promotions: each one on promo.kizzy.io says when it pays.
  • Leaderboards, races and raffles: results are provisional for 72 hours after the event closes while entries are reviewed. Prizes are then paid in USD to your Kizzy balance.
  • Giveaways and contests on X, Discord or Telegram: paid within 2 days of the contest closing.
  • A voided bonus bet: it's re-issued to you automatically as a new bonus bet, usually within about two hours.

Where to check

  • New Player offer: open Check my offer at new.kizzy.io and enter the email you activated with.
  • Everything else: promo.kizzy.io lists every live promotion, with a link to its full rules.

If your reward hasn’t arrived

Check these first. They explain most missing rewards.

  • Did your bet qualify? Promotions set minimum odds and a time window, and usually count only real-money bets. Bonus bets, roulette USD, cashed-out bets and bets that cancel each other out don't count.
  • Did you activate in time? You have to activate the New Player offer at new.kizzy.io before your first deposit.
  • Has your bet settled? Rewards are worked out from settled bets, not from bets that are still open.
  • Have you reached the next tier? Tiered promotions pay at each tier, and nothing in between.

If all of that checks out and more than 72 hours have passed since your bet settled, open a ticket. Include the promotion's name, the email on your Kizzy account and your bet's ticket ID.
