A bet settles once the official result is in. Winnings go to your balance automatically when it does, and a voided bet is refunded. The score shown next to your pick is the score when you placed the bet, not the final result.

If an event starts but isn't completed within 48 hours of its official start time, bets on it are void. A cash stake comes back to your balance, and a bonus bet is re-issued.

Yes. A settlement can be corrected within 72 hours if there was an error in the result. Live scores and stats in the app are for information only: the official result decides the bet.

These usually settle within about an hour of the event. A bet is refunded automatically if the creator is removed from Kizzy, the post is deleted or edited, the creator's account is deactivated or changes status, an outage stops us reading the result, or the bet was placed too close to the post, or after it.

Manual refunds are only made in special circumstances, with clear evidence. If you think a bet settled wrongly, open a ticket with the bet's ticket ID and the result you expected.
